Pictures helped. Didn't match my screen. The reason I want to delete it, is that now, at times, the phone would start heating up and drain the battery within a few hours. I would have to turn the data off to stop it. I really hope that someone can help me out, whether it is tier 1, tier 2, tier 3 or even as far as the software engineers that can give me an answer.

I can only think that the certificate that is attached to the software has no expiration date, or the date is ignored on developer preview. Uninstalling apps by changing the date to a far in the future time isn't a supported method of uninstalling apps. The system is not designed with that functionality in mind. So I can't give an answer to the question why a process that wasn't intended isn't working. However, I was able to uninstall the access point app on a Nokia Lumia You may want to look into hard resetting your device and seeing if the behavior changes.
