Of course, but in my opinion, they are not big enough to be concerned with. Installed my first one not that long ago and I like it, cant wait to upgrade the rest of my sites. Seems like they are trying to carve out a niche market in integrating their Product Type Controls i. Their communicating sensors, will be on a proprietary protocol Rnet.

All in all, I don't think their new products will have any jaw dropping new technology or market grabbing features. That stuff will be left to ALC to bring to the market. We only have the that we purchased and we use those frequently. I have an older lap top that contains the 9-pin serial port as well as USB. This program can be used on the Pro-dialog controllers, can't it??
