It was a job. They paid poorly. And the management wasn't supportive. That's all I really have to say about that job. It is now just Spectrum. So, things may have changed, but I doubt it. Left due to us being purchased by charter , made to work overnight , the only good thing is that they give you free cable , not a job for someone who doesnt like talking to angry customers all day. One of the best call center jobs in my opinion. Flexible schedules. Most amazing work experience. One of the best jobs i had.
I was working in a truck with a couple dudes and it was great experience over all everyone very friendly laid back and work is easy when the team works smooth. Very great company to work for morale was very high managers spoke to you as a person and willing to work with you.
Advancement opportunities hate they was brought out by spectrum. Good job, free cable thats a plus. Hardest part of the job when retaining a customer to not leave with another company. Employee appreciation week is awesome. Get paid for each job completed some days make good money. No advancement or promotions or raises. Customers can cancel anytime without penalty and you do not get paid for the work you do.
